The gasket is included but is in rough shape.
Mounting bolt hole center hole to center hole is about 2 ⅝"
The female threaded ports are ⅛" NPT
The box also had part number 4456 (KEM brand) and was labeled as fitting 6 cylinder International Harvester engines from 1955-1962.
Based on the flange, it's likely for a Red Diamond (RD 318, 361, 372, 401,406, 450, 501).
But it may have also been used on other 6 cylinder engines better 1950- 1975.
