International Harvester Holley Distributor Base Plate for Straight Points with Upper Breaker Plate
Can't confirm part number on the Breaker plate but suspect it's 292909C1, but please see pictures for details of configuration of points and contact location on plate.
IH used 2 different configurations so make sure this one is correct for your application.
Breaker Plate moves freely on Base Plate but is a little burnt where the points mount.
